Gon Erez is a dedicated Jewish professional living in Cleveland, Ohio. Born and raised in Israel, Gon moved to the United States at age 30 to expand his career and education. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics from Ben-Gurion University and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Gratz College. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at Eastern University.

Gon’s career began in Israel, where he served as a Human-Rights Officer in the Israel Defense Forces Spokesperson’s Unit, advocating for transparency and ethical conduct. After relocating to the U.S., he held leadership roles as a program director at the Jewish Community Centers (JCC) in Youngstown and Buffalo, focusing on community growth and engagement.

Outside of work, Gon is passionate about outdoor activities. He enjoys snowboarding, hiking, sailing, and playing pickleball, reflecting his adventurous and active lifestyle. His journey from Israel to the U.S. highlights his commitment to leadership, community service, and personal growth.
